Kugenesh Segaran

Kugenesh is a product specialist with over 8 years of experience in the management of cloud products. In his current role, he leads the development of Epsilon’s Direct Cloud Connect solution and manages  relationships with the major cloud service providers. Kugenesh also oversees the company’s portfolio of data centres located in Singapore, London, New York and Hong Kong.
Kugenesh established his career in product management at Dell before joining Epsilon in 2019. He graduated from the University of Sunderland with a Master of Business Administration in General Business Administration and Management.
  • Kunal Bhatia, Network Specialist APAC & Japan, Google

Kunal Bhatia

Kunal works as a Network Specialist for Google Cloud. In this role, he supports customers in their journey to the cloud by planning, designing and architecting various network architectures. Kunal has a keen interest in Hybrid Networking, Low latency topologies, Kubernetes & cloud native networking.

Tay Beng Hock

Beng Hock started his career in MINDEF as a network & system engineer and progressed to work in T-systems and StarHub before joining Epsilon as a Technical Sales solution engineer. In his 20+ years of experience, he has provided solutions to various industry sectors including telecommunications, public sector, financial services, manufacturing, IT and media. As the Team Lead for APAC Presales team at Epsilon, Beng Hock is responsible for architecting cloud, internet exchange points, SD-WAN and international connectivity to meet customer requirements. In addition, he is a certified CISSP & CISA professional.
